Return & Refund Policy

 

Welcome to VJOYCAR. We aim to ensure that you experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you understand the process and conditions under which returns and refunds can be made.

Damages and Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with a clear pictures of the damage, contact with us on what’sapp for fast assistance, and try to file a claim with the local carrier right now. Once approved, we will send you a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
  • If your item arrives defective and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please email us immediately also. We will issue your request as soon as we receive your email or contact on what‘sapp.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Return Qualification Requirements:

  1. Orders exceed 30 days do not accept return or exchange of goods;
  2. Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 30 days;
  3. The product was found intact and in compliance with the original purchase conditions.
  4. We don't accept return or exchange on customized products (eg. custom Steering Wheel, custom sport seat, and other OEM/ODM orders)

To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund instructions:

You will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

  1. For products shipped for free: if shipping by post mail service, a restocking fee of 5% will be charged to cover our shipping costs; if shipping by air or express service, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged to cover our shipping costs; for sport seats/sunshade roof/fridge these big cargo, 50% will be charged to cover shipping cost.
  2. Unshipped orders: A 5% credit card processing fee will also be charged for items not yet shipped.
  3. For DDP service shipping items: as the tax rate is 20-50%,  a restocking fee of 25% will be charged to cover our pre-paid importing tax at your destination.

Before return the order, pls email us or contact with us on what'sapp in advance . We will get back to you within 12 hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you have sent the product, please update the tracking number to us and we will follow up the logistics. If the product received meets the above return condition, we will refund you within 12 hours via the original payment method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

We aim to offer China top quality upgraded accessories with very competitive price & perfect service for our new & old clients. Therefore, pls don't place order if you just want to check the item because it will waste your huge shipping cost and importing tax.  Of course, if you resell your car, or because of other unexpected reasons, and you don't need the item any more, we can help you resell the items or recall the items.
