Before placing this order, I contacted your operator through WhatsApp to confirm the correct item for my vehicle. Your operator guided me to purchase this specific item, and I ordered **Option 2 - Special Edition** for my **2026 Tesla Model Y Performance Juniper, US factory-made AWD**.

Your order page clearly shows **Option 2 for 2026+ US Factory Made AWD Model Y Juniper**, but the box I received says **“For M3 Highland 4.0.”** There is no label, QR code, manual, or marking showing this is **Model Y Juniper Option 2 / Special Edition**.

I honestly cannot understand how I still may have received the wrong item after I confirmed with your WhatsApp operator before ordering. I also had an installation appointment scheduled for tomorrow, and now I may have to cancel because I cannot confirm whether this is the correct part. This is causing me inconvenience, wasted time, and possibly extra cost.

Please respond ASAP and clearly confirm:

1. Did you send me the correct **Option 2 / Special Edition for 2026+ US AWD Model Y Juniper**?
2. Is **“M3 Highland 4.0”** the exact same hardware as the Juniper Option 2, or did I receive the wrong item?
3. Please send proof showing how to identify the correct Option 2 version by the connector, harness, PCB, or part label.
4. Please send the correct installation video/manual for **2026 US AWD Model Y Juniper**.
5. If this is the wrong item, I need you to send the correct item immediately with expedited shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

I attached photos showing my order confirmation, the Option 2 selection, and the box I received. Please do not give me a vague answer like “it fits.” I need clear written confirmation and proof before installation because installing the wrong stalk could cause problems with my vehicle.

Highly recommend this shifter. Much faster to get out of parking spaces, no need to put put your foot on the break to switch gears to forward after backing out of a parking space. Seller is very responsive to any installation questions.

I was surprised because it was already treated with insulation tape. The height is the same as the blinker button, so there's no sense of dissonance. The finish is good and there's no need for separate steps, which makes it convenient. Installation isn't too difficult either. You can follow along well by watching videos alone. The downside is that it doesn't seem to hold the gear firmly in place with just one fixing bolt. It might be similar to other products.
