1. Warranty Coverage
All VJOYCAR products enjoy a 12-month quality warranty from the date of delivery, along with lifetime maintenance service. If your vehicle's software is upgraded and you need updated software for your product, please contact us at any time.
2. Before You Order
It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for their vehicle. Please confirm your vehicle model, year, and style before ordering. If you are not sure whether a product can be used on your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Installation
VJOYCAR provides installation guides. The installation of any aftermarket product may void or adversely affect your factory warranty, and assessing this risk is the purchaser's sole responsibility. Even when instructions are followed, installation may cause damage to the purchaser's vehicle. VJOYCAR is not responsible for any interior, exterior, or electrical system damage associated with the installation of its products, including but not limited to surface scratches and dents, upholstery tears, discoloration of automotive surfaces, and/or electrical wiring damage. Professional installation is recommended.
4. Quality Issues and Claims
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with clear pictures of the issue. Once your claim is approved, we will send you a brand-new replacement or provide a refund or solution. We will get back to you within 12 hours.
5. Returns
Standard orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Customized products (e.g., Yoke Steering Wheel, OEM/ODM orders) are not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified quality issue is found.

Old Model 3 and Model Y don't have ambient light, the new ambient light kits add air-vent light / Contour Light / armrest door breathing light / door storage box light / footwell light / optional saddle and seat back light, which makes the car more luxurious and energetic.
